Workforce Interventions

The QIC-WD is partnering with 8 public and tribal child welfare agencies interested in being on the cutting edge of system reform as it relates to workforce issues.

Selected sites are Title IV-B funded and include organizations interested in improving:

  • Challenges such as worker recruitment, retention, satisfaction, and intention to stay
  • Accurate identification of workforce issues
  • Agency culture and climate
  • Implementation strategies to enhance workforce development

The "WIE" Teams

Each project site will be matched with a workforce, implementation, and evaluation specialist, who will comprise the site’s QIC-WD “WIE” team. The WIE team will provide consultation and support for all phases of the project.
