The Quality Improvement Center for Workforce Development (QIC-WD) is charged with synthesizing workforce research and identifying workforce-related issues that many public child welfare agencies are grappling with. Our team includes experts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Child Welfare, Social Work, Public Policy, and Public Health who bring a wealth of experience to our site work. Based on our collective expertise and work with QIC-WD sites, we have created QIC-Takes. This series summarizes key issues, documents what we're seeing in the field, and makes recommendations for future action by child welfare decision makers.
